You probably can't. Seems like you need to be 50 years old or more to access the forum [unless you lie, which you should not].

I never watched a single video of his (no particular reason), but you probably can verify the truthfulness of his other videos and extrapolate from that.

if there are some screenshots, you can search the words, sentences here. threads can be deleted though. also it's easy to tell (at least for me) when a person is trying to push a certain narrative, manipulate and so on.

I don't know what topics are referenced in the video (I really don't care to watch the video, no particular reason, it just simply doesn't change anything and I have better things to do with my time), but if for example he referenced how people tell others to kill themselves and sell cocaine and whatever, then you can clearly tell it's not true. And some media portrays this forum in an obviously untruthful way (you can dislike the forum, think it's harmful, think it ultimately causes more suicides, question why the owners are not dead yet, whatever you come up with, but the portrayal sometimes is simply incorrect and blatantly false sometimes). This way you can tell if somebody is making things up, even if the threads were deleted.
