Though I have 1 question. I received the data sheet in the package. And I am kinda confused. in the below image it says the concentration is <=100% percent. Does it mean it's pure?





But then the 3rd image says there are no components in this that are persistent, bioaccumulative, or TOXIC.

If it ain't toxic, i can't die...
