Rating my life doesn't really sound pleasant. I have it better than some and worse than others. At the end of the day I'm just tired of living, I don't need a number for that. That's just me though

Even if all of these things were a perfect 9 for me, it doesn't necessarily mean that my quality of life is good for me or that I enjoy life. Also, how would I even rate things like love or friendships? I don't have either love or friendship but I don't want love or friendship. Does that mean that those things are a 0 for me or a 9? I genuinely don't understand

I would say just not list them in your quality of life score. If I was making this list I wouldn't mention job cus I don't have nor want one.

Love/Friends - 3 (I have one friend who hasn't left me yet, I hope if i am still alive in the future that i could maybe live with him)
Home/Money - 7
Physical Health - 7 (I don't really know how to rate this one)
Parents - 3 (they have been helpful but don't understand my mental health and my want to ctb)
Education - 0 (school was useless to me and has traumatized me)
Hobbies - 4 (Can either make me want to live or drain me)
Looks - 7 (Mostly happy with my body and looks)

Final score: 4.42

I think it's also important to consider other things though. 1.) How much effort have you put into gaining or sustaining these things? And 2.) How much joy do they bring?

So- Love, Friendship, Health, Parents, Money to some extent: I haven't put enough effort into those areas of my life to seriously warrant me complaining about them. It's partly on me that I haven't found or attracted a partner, I chose to move away from my friends, I didn't bother to make new ones, I don't eat healthily or exercise enough, I'm not a great daughter and I have very poor business sense so- I'm not at all good with money. Those things would improve if I made more effort!

They're not completely passive things that do or don't happen for us. To some extent, what we get back reflects what we give. Obviously- there are mitigating factors. Health issues can bugger everything up but, even people who are struggling possibly more than us manage to get some of those things. This guy definitely managed friendship I would say:



Home, Job, Education are all things I put a lot more effort into but, they're not as fulfiling as they used to be. So- they don't bring me as much happiness now.

of course only money could buy food and shelter. But i wont need food a house or money in non-existence , if i dont exist

If i would have killed myself none of that would matter. Non-existence forever is the only absolute perfection

The only reason i need anything is cause they birthed me into this nightmare

So what i really need is my suicide asap to non-existence to infinity

Alright, I guess I'll make a list judging from what I do have and care about:
Friends - N/A (don't care about it)
Love - N/A (don't want to pursue it but it would be nice if somebody who is just like me loved me)
Home - 9 (for me, just even having a home is enough tbh)
Health - 7 (my physical health is just fine which is actually a blessing for me when I see those who are suffering from physical pain and my mental health is far from the best but is also far from the worst).
Job - N/A (I don't want a job)
Money - 6 (I don't have a lot of money but I don't have any desire to spend any of it so it's just whatever for me)
Parents - 0 (they are so fucking controlling and their controlling behaviour is why I'm unable to ctb. If they allowed me to do things on my own without being so overprotective, I could have killed myself already)
Education - 0 (it caused me nothing but pain especially because I had to do it out of obligation and there isn't a single thing that I enjoyed or voluntarily wanted to do).

My final score is 4.4. If I was using my own subjective judgment rather than this criteria, I honestly would have gave myself a 3 out of 10. My life is far from being the worst but I believe that my life is miserable enough to where anybody would be suicidal if they lived with my brain irrespective of their personal circumstances

Me too with rating my life subjectively. It just feels like my quality of life equals to less than the sum of its parts. My mood is mostly at emotional extremes or empty which just exhausts me and makes the negative bits about my life even more painful.
