Rate my SN method

8:00 am - 1x10mg Metoclopramide, begin fasting
4:00 pm - 1x10mg Metoclopramide

- Saturday -
12:00 am - 1x10mg Metoclopramide
8:00 am - 1x10mg Metoclopramide
4:00 pm - 1x10mg Metoclopramide, stop drinking liquids
11:00 pm - 3x200mg Ibuprofen / 400mg Propranolol
11:15 pm - 3-4x10mg Metoclopramide / 4x10mg Famotidine
12:00 am - 25g SN in 50ml water

Obtained:
- ordered 300g SN on 7/21/23 from TIG
- ordered 100 tablets of Metoclopramide on 7/21/23 from IHP
- 100ml measuring cups x4
- digital kitchen scale
- Ibuprofen tablets (600mg)
- Chloraseptic sore throat spray
- Famotidine tablets (10mg)
- spoon/straw

still need to do:
- book hotel
- factory set devices
- write and mail out letters before arriving at the hotel room
- organize room/throw things out
- prepare 3 glasses of SN drink. If you vomit or "wake up" after attempting, drink the next glass

Sorry! That was a typo. I am only taking 400mg of Propranolol one time. I just edited my schedule to reflect this!

Yeah, I think so. They are just Amazon brand and they're safe.

Its very similar to mine so i might be biased but even if my plan wasn't similar its still a very good plan, good luck! but could you maybe pm me the source for metoclopramide? I can't find anyone willing to give it to me without a prescription. If you don't feel comfortable with doing it for any reason you are free to ignore my request.

Seems like a decent plan but that's a lot of propranolol be careful with that. Overall hopefully it's be as pain free as possible. I do think it's a bit over the top but nothing wrong with over prepping to get it right the first time.

Do you think 400mg is too much? I'm not going to take any chances as this is the last thing I need to plan for.

Propranolol isn't adherently "dangerous" but in such high amounts it's going to make you extremely drowsy. Propranolol takes around 30-45 mins to fully work and it's gonna hit you like a truck. 200mg should work fine without causing a massive drowsy wave before the SN.

Keep in mind when people are given propranolol for anxiety they give it at 10mg and it's been proven to work then. Taking 40x what's given to anxiety and low-end hypertension patients is just excessive.

I see. Thank you for the insight. I take around 10-20mg for anxiety and just figured it would be very purposeful in this situation.

1. What does Famotidine tablets do? What will this tabs help you in ctb?

2. What is Chloraseptic sore throat spray for and at what time should one take if any?

3. For how many days are you booking the hotel and are you going to alert them about your ctb or something so they can contact police after your death etc.,?

4. Does delay email feature can be canceled like what if my ctb failed and I have to delete the email which I put it on the schedule. Does that work?

I have a social anxiety so it's kinda hard for to book hotel but I don't see any other way to do it so I'm taking all kind of notes before hand. Thanks!!

I don't have everything yet, so there is no date set. I will do it soon though.

1. I have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) so this will help me keep everything down.

2. Benzocaine is a local anesthetic that works by numbing an area, I will just spray the back of my throat so it's easier to swallow the SN drink.

3. No, I will not be alerting anyone. I will book the room from Friday until Monday, so I have extra time before I don't end up checking out. I am planning on putting the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door handle so no one comes in or bothers me.

4. I don't have many of my loved ones' emails so I plan on writing handwritten letters and taking them to a post office box before I do it.

I think booking a hotel requires minimal contact, or you could look into Airbnb stays in your local area that allow self-check-in.
