i literally wanna scream some more. about to drink again. hopefully i leave this night before trying to cbt. i know i fucked up going to my dads last night, but i was there to say bye and come "home" to two more empty nights. he didn't mention she is back. fuck.
i'm still hoping i step out tonight.
look like a rat bastard tho.
hopefully they're drunk too and won't pick up on it. wasn't ready for her to be here. if i'm not arrested tonight. idk man. idk. i keep putting everything every damn thing off thinking i'll just pass in my sleep.
don't even wanna try to dry my hair. wanna just crawl in this dirty hell hole and pass.

couldn't find any rope (surprisingly at my dads. still have my scarves tho..) did find an x-acto blade. it's currently in my phone case.
