Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've read that this is a possible explanation of why exercise helps depression. (Of course the willpower and agency involved probably has to do with it.) But hot tubbing has seemed to help me.

I'm talking cringing, stiff and sore, don't want to get out of bed depression. Waking up hours before dawn, etc. Do you guys find saunas, hot tubs, etc. help your mood a bit?

Exercise doesn't help me, it makes me breathless and exhausted, and I sweat abnormally, and it's an awful feeling + I'm probably gross to others. As for hot baths, haven't had a bath since I was a small child, only hot shower, and at this time of year getting in and out of hot shower is chilly and I hate shivering and feeling it.

That said, staying cold makes depression worse 100%. You don't want to do anything, barely move, shiver, and that makes you not want to do any of these activities that could maybe make you feel better. At the very least put enough clothes on to where your hands aren't cold, that's a good indicator.
