I'm not sure if you guys here know about this yet, I think it just happened?

TTG is still accessible, but the quarantine makes it highly restricted. This may be a prelude to a ban, but that seems unlikely, since FTG was banned outright.

It seems reddit is not longer safe at all, even though some subs, like antinatalism, etc, seem to have been left alone.

The final insult is that the number to the suicide hotline is plastered all over SS, TSS, FTG, and now TTG. There are so many stories of people calling that number and being locked up, and now it's plastered all over the sub they went to looking for support?

It was posted in a stickied thread a little while ago. Undoubtedly, Reddit is no longer accommodating any sub that has anything to do with suicide.

Ttg was already practically pro life with its censorship and locking of posts. Can't even mention methods on there and Goodbye posts are instantly locked. I don't know how locking a post helps anyone.

I think the censorship was to protect the sub though, and it seems to have worked, to an extent, it's being quarantined instead of banned. But yeah, reddit is turning into a "safe space" from any contrary opinions...

Yes, I've noticed that just today, and unfortunately, reddit is heavily censored such that there isn't even any place to discuss suicide rationally without being bombarded with pro-life sentiments and what not. I don't expect anything to improve in the coming time or years given how things have been going there.

I'm hoping the people from TTG will come here if they aren't able to even discuss suicide rationally without being censored, shut down, and being made a mockery by society and reddit admins.

Not surprised. I actually hate seeing that suicide hotline number everywhere too. People patting themselves on the back for posting that shit like it will actually do anything for me. If anything, it would hurt me more to call the suicide hotline and hear some 19 year old trainee reading a notecard list of questions to ask me.
