Quitting cigerattes!!!!

I want to leave my current location and I need money for that! Made a vow to myself to like stop spending so much unnecessary money, actually start saving it y'know. So I'm gonna quit cigerattes and probably??? Weed too. Today's first day. I went to the gas station to get me a drink for work and I DIDNT GET SMOKES!!! Yay for me

That's great. I found that the patches were consistent dosage. They only varied in size. I bought a step 1 box with 14 patches. Used 7 full strength and cut the other 7 into ⅓ and ⅔. Second week was ⅔ and third was ⅓ size. At the end of the third week I just quit.

I'm glad to hear you took a great step. Addiction costs health and money. If it feels difficult to quit cigerettes alone, you can purchase nicotine replacement or see a doctor. This needs some money but it will save a lot in a long span.

I am so VERY proud of you!

I have had too many folks around me smoke, always were going to quit, and ALL wound up with lung cancer.

I know that cancer does not have to have a person smoking to strike, I had gall bladder cancer, HOWEVER adding jet fuel to the fire is not too smart.

I had 1 cigarette in the summer of 1977, woke up the next morning with a sore throat, stuffy nose and said never ever again.

The state that I live in here in the U.S., the cost of a pack of cigs is now around $12.50 per pack (USD)!

All my coworkers smoke lmaooo I know what you mean
