An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
I would probably consider becoming intoxicated, and preferably finding a way to knock yourself out. Seems like even you realize drowning can be a painful way to go.
I've seen threads where people talked possibly about taking benzodiazepines and alcohol and just swimming out from shore until they pass out, and that's definitely one day to skip actually experiencing the feeling of water filling your lungs.
I often think about swimming out in cold water with some diazepam, taking it when I'm far enough from shore and then (and this is where I've stopped researching properly) either lying on my back or treading water until I pass out and then my theory is that I'll either drown or die from hypothermia, hopefully either unconscious or too dopey too care (based on previous experiences of very low doses of diazepam). As I said, it's all just theory without any actual knowledge if it will work. But I am drawn to it.
Make sure you are unconscious during the active downing moment. Imo SI is strongest for painful or gruesome methods where you can imagine the pain or aftermath of your body.
I m planning on doing the same. Taking loads of oxy, benzo, fent, at the shore, wait 5 minutes and then start swimming into the lake as far as I can. I'm a very good swimmer and athletic person, I imagine that by 3-4 minutes into the swim I ll lose consciousness and peacefully drown. I ve already knocked myself out with benzos and z drugs and I can say it that the lights goes out without you even noticing it, it s like a switch. One important thing is to make sure the intoxication is intense so that the hypercapnic breathing reflex won't wake u up.
Empty your lungs then swim as deep as you can, when your body forces you to breathe in the water that's the point of no return, even when your SI kicks in you're too deep to do anything about it and the water in your lungs will kill your buoyancy.
I didn't do that on my attempt and failed.
