Questions about the sources of N from PPeH Essentials

Can someone advise me regarding the online sources for N from PPeH Essentials ? I noticed that there is a source mentioned there.
Generally speaking, does anyone know

1. How is N concealed to not be detected by the customs at the border?

2. It is safe to order more than one bottle at once. Wouldn't it look suspicious to the authorities?

3. Last but not least, can we trust the source just because it is mentioned in the book? Could be a scammer anyway?

BTW, I live in EU.

FWIW, I got scammed by the source listed in the PPeH, this was years and years ago. Emailed the person, moneygrammed $430 to somebody in Puebla Mexico, got ghosted
