Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I am aware that cutting is considered a non-method due to its lower succeeding rate.
I did some research and it is possible to CTB with it but not as easy as other methods and I am fully aware that it's rather a hit or a miss.

I am able to cut my neck, I gained a low inhibition treshold regarding this area.
I cut my neck with an eyebrow razor before and bled some minutes but was stopped by police.

I know there are 2 options to hit:

outer jugulary vein or outer carotid artery.

I ordered scalpels from Feather (figur 23) and they seem to be very sharp.

Do I need much force to reach one of those options in my neck with such a scalpel?
What happens if I hit one of them?
Would I die fast?
Would I get unconscious before dying?

I'd cut under my wrists, too, to ensure to speed up CTB.

I know you will recommend me other options but I made my choice and other options make me scared tbh. Pleade help me to find answers for my questions.

Scalpels are some of the sharpest blades a human being can make. Be very, very careful with them.

Scalpels are meant to cut through skin and muscle with ease. However, they are also meant to do so very slowly and precisely. They are meant to cut with very light pressure but also only thin layers at a time. In other words, they are not meant for hack and slash
What happens if I hit one of them?
If you hit the vein, blood with ooze out. If you hit the artery, you will paint the walls of the room you are in.
Would I die fast?
Vein no. Artery, yes.
Would I get unconscious before dying?
Yes.

That will not do anything. That is like using a squirt gun alongside a fire hose.

If you know where to exactly hit sure but I really don't recommend unless you are in a place where no one can see you. This also comes at the cost of well if you wish to turn back no one will see you as well

Thanks for answering my questions and your informations.
May I ask you one more thing: You wrote that hitting a vein will not cause a fast death.

Will it take much longer if I accidentally hit the vein instead of artery? I am scared I will miss and, out of panic, call for help instead of trying to aim better in the next cutting atempt.
