So, I got 2 bottles of SN with me, one of them was already open, and the other was never opened before. But I've got questions about basically a lot of stuffs. First: why there are so many technical aspects involving the CO/CO2 method? Literally you can find tons of news searching and find out that in many places (specially in Brazil, for some reason) people died accidentally in the winter because they lit fire on a barbecue trying to warm themselves (in a closed room). There were no technical measurements involving all that process, families died without knowing that fire consumes oxygen. So why are people buying CO measurement equipment in here? Sometimes I think that people here get way too technical on their research.
Second of all, I was discouraged of using SN method because the anti-emetic they suggest (metoclopramide (known as Plasil in some places)) made me have panic attack (I was certain that I was dying and needed help as fast as possible) and even gave me nausea, which is ironic, as the medicine was made to treat nausea. If any of you ever had panic attacks, you know well that it is the worst felling you can experience in your life.
Plus, I found the SN method being uncomfortable and not peaceful as many claims it to be, here. If you read all the poisoning effects it gives you, you will know what I'm talking about. Vomiting is a trash feeling/experience and not pleasant at all.
And now, the Night-Night method; I bought a ratchet strap (I think it is the name), but every tutorial I've seen people recommending here seems to be for a different type of ratchet strap (endless strap?). I will post a photo here of what I've got and what I've seen recommended.

What I have

I couldn't figure out how to use this. I'm not sure if it is possible to do the Night-Night method with this type of ratchet strap. If someone could tell me how I would use this, I'll be immensely grateful.
For me, the CO method is the best method out of all methods listed here; it's simple, and I don't know why people overexaggerate the techniques of this method. If people died by ACCIDENT, why would you use so many techniques to make it work?
