hi, i have chosen my method after long consideration. i have decided to jump from a very tall parking deck thats a 22 minute walk from my house. i chose this method because i cant get access to a gun, and every single other method ive tried, never worked and ended up making me violently ill. i also dont have the privacy at my house to do hanging or anything else. i want to get drunk as much as possible before walking there. this will be when its dark outside. if im going to be caught by a cop for whatever reason, id rather get caught walking in public intoxicated rather than driving drunk or public drinking. its just a preference.
how should i fall? should i fall backwards or forwards? how should i be aiming to land?
does anyone have any tips on making the actual act of jumping off the parking deck, easier? i imagine im going to be incredibly anxious.
im not as concerned with the pain of the fall though. by the time i jump off, theres no going back. im just wondering what other things i can do along with alcohol, to reduce anxieties and lower inhibitions to break that mental block that might make me not be able to go through with it?
