When you do enough posts you can access the chat feature and enter the 40+ year old chat room.
If you are younger than these ages then it should be easy to relate to most people here as we are mostly in our 20s or 18 or 19.

If you click on the speech bubble at the top and then click 'Browse rooms', they come up. There aren't lots of different age brackets but, there is a 40+ room.
