Question about SN

AI is trying to tell me that S N is painful because you starved for oxygen and you can't breathe. This is a fear of mine. It doesn't seem like I've actually seen anyone who's actually experienced this though. Am I worrying for nothing? Also I was reading that if I spill sodium nitrate 'cause I have tremors the best thing to spell on would be concrete Is this true

yes there was a forum member who took sn while chatting here and their last words were "I can't breathe", assuming they weren't playing around which I have no reason to believe then yes it definitely does happen. I also remember an account of a girl who took SN and took over thirty minutes to ctb, IIRC someone on the forum had contact with her and reported her death was not peaceful so I assume she went through a similar thing.

You should be already unconsious before this happening, te vast majority of fail attempts report having shortness of breath this is way different, it should be like sprinting and then you try to breath

It doesn't have to be like that, the peaceful pill hand book says the TYPICAL experience will be losing consciousness around 15-20 minutes IIRC. But this method of suicide is unpredictable enough that there will be big outliers. So the AI isn't wrong per sé, but also not right. But since it's on the topic of suicide the AI is always gonna fearmonger, it would never say "statistically you'll be fine" or something like that.
