Help Question about SN + benzo

I have low blood pressure (90/60) for being really underweight, is fainting a risk if I take 2mg of Clonazepam 1hr before the SN? Should I avoid benzos?

In the guide it´s recommended to take the benzos together with the SN. But the recommended dose is 500 mg.

If you want to take benzos to calm down, I would take a small dose about 1 hour before and the rest together with the SN. This is just how I would do it, but not a recommendation.

Eh, I don't really see the point of taking together with SN because it doesn't work that fast. But I think I won't use it, I'll be taking propranolol so it'd be 2 meds lowering my blood pressure, too risky. Thanks for replying!
