I have 18000 mg. Is that enough to cause death or will it just make me a vegetable?

it won't kill you. you might get serotonin syndrome but it won't kill you.

50mg a day was all it needed to turn me into a vegetable, horrible stuff

i dont think so, most if not all SSRI are almost impossible to cause death.
