I'm no expert on pharmacology but an antipsychotic, SSRI, and two blood pressure drugs does not sound like a reliable way to CTB at all. I have personal experience with the sertraline specifically, and even with a whole bottle of 50mg pills it's not even close to killing you, and you'll just feel like shit and likely get diarrhea. The high chance that you screw up either your liver, your kidneys, or some other organ, or otherwise feel extremely sick while staying alive, is just not worth the small chance of death.
