Scammers. As far as I'm aware, you can't order N online, there's no such thing, and anyone who pretends to have it is most likely a scammer. I wouldn't take that chance, especially if you don't afford to lose money, as someone else said. You can only purchase N in countries like Peru, and even if you get there, it's not guaranteed you're going to find it or have someone sell it to you.
