Question about medication OD methods

There was a chart that someone posted,that had a list of all common medications people use to CBD, and how many mg or doses of each medication you would need to do it. I can't for the life of me find that chart anywhere now.does anyone else have it? Thanks

When most people try to CTB via OD they go for OTC Meds or prescriptions which is most cases does not work. You have to understand why the OD will work and will it work? The best way to OD in my opinion is opiates because with enough they will slow breathing till you go unconscious and die. Fentanyl drops people like flys because of this very reason, severely depressing the central nervous system, leading to respiratory failure. It binds to opioid receptors in the brain, which can cause a dangerous slowing or complete cessation of breathing

Yes benzos are a bad option. You won't really od you will end up ruffying yourself and feel shit for a week or two. It will most likely be more effective to use the benzos to downscale the fear for an actual attempt.
