Question about jumping

Is 12-15 stories of an apartment enough for an almost guarenteed death if I land head first on concrete? Also, should I dive head first when jumping to make myself fall head first?

it's quite personal but simply put, I have lost faith in myself a long time ago. I've failed my family and myself. I've been strong for too long, and I can't anymore.
Every day I see the train, I think of laying on the tracks. I don't want to go that way but I will if that's the only choice :(
I'd like to go by SN but SN has been difficult to obtain.

I would not know that. You should research what body rotation is occurring during a fall. It could be that if you jump on a head that you will land exactly like that and it could be that your body will spin in a directions you cannot control. Do not do anything impulsive, prepare yourself very well and only when you are sure in yourself you should choose your method.

If you can actually jump head first, I'm pretty sure basically anything above 4 stories would be a guaranteed death

I'm not completely sure, but I've seen some videos and it didn't exactly look easy to maneuver oneself when falling.. I could be wrong tho

I think it's the most likely method that I can make happen and battle SI but it's really hard to understand where to do it that has zero chances of hurting anyone else and maximum chances of immediate loss of consciousness + guaranteed success.
