Question about jumping from a cellphone tower

I am thinking of using jumping as a method for CTB, my question is if lattice towers (will provide a picture) have ladders i can easily climb? They're about 300 feet high so death on impact lmao. Tired of life and never being respected. Don't really care if anyone sees my dead body either, not my problem. IMG 9125
This isn't a picture of the tower either, it just looks like it.
