Question about Carbon monoxide Poisoning

So my situation basically is i live with my parents they monitor my location 24/7 and track my purchases so I can only use cash if i don't want them to know so how am I supposed to burn charcoal indoors all sealed? Can someone help me form a plan

The short answer is you do not. You will fill the room with smoke which absolutely will come through the floors/ceiling/walls and set off smoke alarms. Also, you will not be able to sit in a room full of smoke, choking on it.

With this method, you firstly need to burn the charcoals somewhere outside until they turn white-ish red without visible flames, AND then bring inside. If you straight up light them up in your room and wait, it'll stink and probably irritate your eyes and throat. In your circumstances unfortunately it seems problematic.

moving out or building COgen. it's impossible to pull out hibachi when there's people nearby. it is possible to ignite charcoals indoors the technique is same as outdoors but there's no way it won't attract unwanted attention bc the fastest way to light em indoors is to heat them with a propane torch (noisy) and when charcoals are somewhat ready and start to glow they'll emit acrid smoke that will seep into every room.
