Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

As I've already discussed many things like this in my previous post— Is this combination even effective? Or not. I got answers that an OD of 4325mg + 590mg morphine will be more than enough to CTB, just to make sure, I ask again, to whoever reading this and has knowledge of it, is this combo enough? I've already survived past attempts, my family members know it, and I don't want to get everything messy this time with another failed attempt, also is there a chance that I might end up as a vegetable? Is it high or just mild chances, do I take benzos with this or no? I have some

There's no way to be certain with these methods, so nobody can really answer your question. There is a chance you survive with a TBI. You can take benzos with it for the synergystic effects, I would recommend that if you're going to try this.

Tapentadol has a lower risk of causing respiratory depression but with that amount of morphine your chances are likely. I would only suggest to also take an anti-emetic before.

Alcohol can potentiate opioid effects too, no? I thought the trifecta was opioid + benzo + alcohol
