PTSD ruining my life

PTSD, I hate how sanitized the term is.

Shell shock, that was better.

I'm not former military. But I did carry a weapon.

I wasn't even an adult. But I did carry life and death in my hands.

I wasn't a hardened operative, but I was tortured, too much to keep count.


I'm 29 now. How much longer can I keep hold? Only time will tell.

I hope I soon either heal enough to live bearably, or get the balls to end it all.

One or the other.
