Story Psychological torture of being trapped at home

I'm trapped. Certain circumstances has made it so I can't leave home.

I can't leave home, I have 0 friends, 0 online friends.

My room is completely painted white with no pictures at all on it. The light in my room is bright white LED.

Everything I loved is gone. I don't have anything anymore.

It feels like psychological torture.

I stay up super late every night thinking about how I can escape.

I see no one. I talk to no one.

Someone on here said my name in their reply the other day and remembered a small detail of something I said, it made me feel human for a short period of time.

But the worst psychological torture is having to wait till my family vacation is over so I can finally do it. It just feels so bad hearing my mom talk about how excited she is about the vacation…

I'm trying so hard to keep going but everyday I feel like I'm melting away more and more.

Life is a prison. Even if I wasn't trapped in this house, I would be trapped in other ways.

It's probably not that bad. It just feels very bad because I'm probably depressed.

They do it because they are afraid something bad will happen to me. They are over protective.

I hold a similar feeling. Many people do not understand the trapped feeling of being kept at home. There are plenty of people who relish being at home, but they have the freedom to choose that. It's not just about being at home, it's about not having a choice.
