I've had this post idea for a long time, because I remember I was surprised to find out my profile was in fact inaccessible, and I thought why nobody saw my profile posts. I'm sure some people will say this is obvious and there's no need to make a post about it, but I bet there's quite a number of users (new ones especially), who are wondering why no-one seems to answer or like their posts.
By default when you create your account its visibility is set to Nobody. You can change that in Privacy settings in Your account menu:
Simply set View your details on your profile page: from Nobody to whatever you prefer (I use Members only), you can also tweak other settings to your liking. Your page should now be accessible to other users, depending on what you chose.
I hope this little PSA helped someone, as I know for a fact there are other users on here who didn't know that until others told them, like I was. You can bump it by commenting from time to time, or Idk just link it if needed.
