) I think this could be a viable method bc mail forwarding places don't check what's in packages in my experience, so despite warnings on their websites I don't think they actually know or care what you are having forwarded. Plus my SN arrived in a plain package.
About customs - how do they know what's in a package or bother to check? And if you're buying a vetinary medicine couldn't you say it's for your pet if you get questioned? (I know it's still illegal)
Does anyone know of *actual cases* when people were handed more than a fine and probation for importing a very small amount of an illegal substance? Because I haven't. But if you know, please share.
