Proof of hauntings

Is there any tangible proof of hauntings, poltergeists or demons that have been proven beyond doubt?

If so, would this mean that potentially, there is an after life.

And some people wouldn't want an afterlife, they would just want to stop everything, go to sleep forever and it be like they never were born.
