I don't think I so. I just wanted to disappear and forget who I am or whatever. I fight with a person yesterday and I wanted to forget that this happened.
I know that feeling. Fighting with people feels really bad. If you want to ctb please find a better way. If you need to self harm consider a better way. We can also talk what you're dealing with.

I don't know how you could still type. I took 3-4 of those by accident because I couldn't sleep and the room was spinning, I couldn't stand up.
