Hi guys so I was wondering because I'm 6'1 and around 205lbs muscular and lean and pretty into fitness and although ive lost a lot of motivation lately compared how used to be i dont see myself stopping completely before the day arrives... also due to being an ex competive fitness model/bodybuilder with over 15 years training behind me i retain muscle mass pretty easily... im quite used to doing water fasts and have done up to just over 90 hours and one thing I know is they really weaken me physically and also mentally and I just feel very tired, fatiqued and kind of dumb inside my body and mind by the end so in both ways I think could help the process to not just go through it but also make the SN work easier in my body. I'm bit worried thar my size and stength will work against me? Any thoughts on if weakening myself with say a five day water fast first would be useful?
