Help Problem with notifications

I have a problem and I wonder if other people have a similar problem.

I noticed that if someone replies to several people in one comment (including me), I do not receive a notification that someone wrote a comment to me.

For example:


I did not receive any notification that this person wrote this comment to me.

Do you have the same problem? I noticed it some time ago.
This is problematic.

this can happen when somebody posts a comment not mentioning you at first, then edits their comment later and adds your mention
