personally i feel like anything up to 600 mg might be enough, but everyone responds differently to medication. You could maybe start with a lower dose, like 150–300 mg, and see how it affect you

for me taking it on an empty stomach feels stronger than taking it after eating, while taking it with food feels more gradual and milder. If you've already tested a lower dose, you could try 450 mg. (though this is just based on my personal experience, I'm not a medical professional.)

Because I take it rarely a 75mg capsule is enough to make me feel less depressed. Sadly while I'm on it I feel dumbed down and forgetfull. I don't mind at all feeling dumb as long as I'm not depressed.

i also take pregabalin for my depression, and I feel like it makes my thinking a bit slower when I take it too, I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for the kind wishes, but things are sadly getting worse in my life. If things continue to worsen I plan on ctb soon. I just cannot endure this life any longer. Every man/woman has it's breaking point.

I also read that sniffing pregabilin has a stronger effect, it's true?

i wouldn't consider sniffing pregabalin because I think its oral bioavailability is already quite high. I've also heard that sniffing it can be irritating and may cause discomfort, but I've never tried sniffing pregabalin myself, so perhaps you could look into some other resources
