I tied the rope around the rod in my closet and then around my neck, along with socks between the rope and my neck to apply pressure to the carotids. I then squatted down as far down as the rope would let me, and leaned forward. The rope slid towards the middle of my neck, so near the windpipe I guess. So I will probably have to make sure it is tighter . It should be right under my jaw, right?
Also. While I was leaning forward, my ears started ringing and there was pressure in my ears and head, my face turned red, and my teeth/mouth felt weird/numb. Idk how to explain it. How should I be feeling? Should I have kept trying further?
I guess what I need the most advice on is-
1. How should I be feeling if I'm doing it right?
2. Do I just keep leaning / pushing forward?
Also in the picture I sent, the rope mark doesn't seem to be deep/red enough. So this means I definitely need more pressure and to lean more, correct?
