It is available on this site, but it doesn't include the appendices (idk why). People grumble about it, but they're not paying for it. I assume the real copy includes these?

I agree. I also bought the book and found it to be of limited use. I read the ehandbook and it kept referring to the appendix which made me think that's where the real info was only to find the appendix was just the old book.
Have you joined the forum? I'm wondering if it's any better than here which has a lot of gatekeeping.
