I've tried downloading PPH file but it's not working for me after several attempts . I do have a VPN. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Does D send N to UK? Anyone had any issues with customs?

Could anyone pm me his email?

Where did you dowload it from? Did you download PDF, or maybe some ZIP or EXE with virus inside? PDF files do not work by themselves, and they require a reader. I have already written about some potential problems in another thread:
