Does anyone have a link to the appendix of the PPH? If you don't, is there a reason why the appendix isn't included with the PPH links? A lot of useful information should be in there...

I assume you'd get it if you paid for the official copy of the PPH from their website. They say they only sell it to over 50's (I am, but still it's 95 euro).
Idk why the Appendix is missing from the freely shared copy. Idk who posted it originally. Agree it's a bit annoying that its missing!

Are you suggesting they may sell it to under 50's? I'm only 25, and I don't think I have the skills to make a fake ID. Or maybe I could... surely that's something AI could photoshop, right?

I don't understand the question, sorry. I'm not suggesting anything. I was only mentioning that they state on their website that they only sell the PPH to people over 50 and they will require photo ID verification.
Personally, I don't want to spend E95 on it (but I am over 50).
You could try with fake ID I suppose.
