recently @RainAndSadness posted a thread with the link to the pdf of the PPH of April 2022.

I opened it and the Sodium Nitrite chapter states:
"The accompanying video shows how to create the nitrite/propranolol mixture."

does someone have the accompanying video(s)? there are probably more than one. big thanks!

I saw the video somewhere but forgot to save it. Basically he just added 400mg of propranolol into the SN solution and used an automatic mixer to dissolve the propranolol

Supposedly antacids/H2 aren't recommended anymore for SN.

Maybe he changed the information. The video I saw was an old one. I remember very clearly he added 10x40mg propranolol tablets into the SN drink and used an automatic mixer to mix it

I have bought the PPeH with my mothers passport. They said that the working of an antacid wasnt proven so it was not recommended. It also stated that propranolol is NOT a luxury item. Propranolol slows down heartbeat and becausr of that the deprivation of oxygen in the brain will be faster, so it will help knock you down faster.

Just watched the current video, and he uses a magnetic stirring device, which he first used to dissolve the SN, and when it's dissolved, he then throws the propanolol in. That starts to dissolve right away, but he again uses the aggressive magnetic stirrer, and mixes that into the drink!

It doesn't completely dissolve because of the fillers, but that's how it's taken.

I apologise for the misinformation, which I'm unable to delete or edit.

On the live recording from last year that I saw on SN, there was no mention of stirring it in!

I stopped following new info on that method because even though I have absolutely everything for it, N is way more to my liking.

Exactly (regarding propanolol)! And it will help keep one from panicking which can easily happen when one's heart rate increases rapidly. It's especially true if the individual already suffers from anxiety.

Too bad I only have 10mg of propranolol. Still, people did die without any propranolol so it isnt THAT needed, but it does help a lot.

I'm sorry if that's a silly question, but do you know (or anyone know) if a mini-mixer is good enough for that job? (like the one in the picture below)
I know mini-mixers and magnetic mixers are different. mine is a cheap mini-mixer like this:

Not a silly question, and I haven't a clue! I'm sorry . I've never seen anything like what he used. It's electronic, but he puts something in it (I'm assuming a magnet), before he puts the water or SN in it. It mixes up quickly and completely.

I've never cooked in my way-too-long life, and I only own a blender.
