sorry to the mods for previously posting the source link to buy SN,
but i used google translate to locate SN sources in thailand,
and it's extremely easy.

idk how much i'm allowed to say, but i think that's ok with the mods.

and i'm talking about the 99% pure one, too.
i literally just pressed like the very first link that google showed me, and immediately i got a good source.
i guess google doesn't suppress it because they don't understand thai language,
or their algorhytm is based on english

Sorry if this is a stupid question. If it's 99% like in OP's find, is it the same kind of standard/quality as DMC's? Or is it something that only a purity test can really determine with the source/brand not making any difference? It's so cheap!

If I would be in South East Asia/South Asia or in South America for a long time. Then I would go for N or the medications of the DDMA protocoll. Or I would get the anti malaria medication. And with that a strong sleeping medication or benzos.
Much faster and more reliable than SN in my opinion.

I am not sure it's necessary, it's literally 2 steps process to get it. I don't think they deliver outside of Thailand though, anyway I can't support you on that because my experience was it being shipped to a thai address.

I would test SN with an aquarium test, especially if it's a source one does not feel comfortable with. There is a NaNo2 test kit with liquids that is used to test the amount of SN in water. There is a thread on here about SN aquarium test.

About the other medication: these countries are not so much strict with prescription. Especially if you go to a veterinary pharmacy.

Not a stupid question at all! The one I got was advertised as "Lab Grade", and it was from a chemical company that had a bunch of other products and decent reviews, so I am expecting something pretty pure, above 90% hopefully.

Buuuutt, the only way to really know how pure the SN is is to test it yourself, which is something that I am planning on doing in a few months; before using it. That's because where I live, at least, there's not much regulation or standardization so you can't trust that you'll get DMC level quality, so a test with nitrite test strips is basically necessary to be sure that your SN is pure enough.

And yeah, it is very cheap. I got 500g (smallest amount I could find) for the equivalent of around 6 dollars lol it's dirt cheap. Although international shipping will bump the cost up a bit.

Ok with "welfare" countries surrounding Denmark, like Norway and Germany, I'm still sceptical how Denmark can look good but might but is bad on the inside.
It is one of the only countries in the world that has free education, that's massive!
I find it a bit hard to believe it's that bad on the inside, I think a lot of the members here would instantly go to Denmark if they would have the chance.

Maybe it's too expensive though.

it's pretty easy to get in SEA yeah, but some countries like mine's SN has some questionable purity, like they came from a reputable chemical shops but i found ones yhat are lower in purity than what they advertised, so it's really important to test it yourself first unless u bought a whole jar of it and it's sealed

Late to the show - would like to add that it's probably because traditional textiles are huge in Asia (SN is commonly used in fabric dye processing apparently)

Edit: not 100% sure; just automatically assumed because the product description that I saw from the one I selected in my cart, had instructions on how to prepare the dye. Unfortunately it does not mention purity tho. I also found food grade SN but it also didn't mention purity :/ guess I'll just have to use testing kits (which are expensive compared to the SN itself lol, yet still cheaper than the impossible to get prescription meds - but I'm just thinking of getting the SN first anyway and then figuring out how to get the meds (or last resort raw-doggin with the headaches and puking with just SN)
