agh, that's a big shit.
i had that from time to time when i was younger. Periodic episodes preceded by warnings: random paresthesia (BTW i searched the "clinical" term for avoiding set phrases/colloquialisms of my spanish
) and probable puke. Then a huge and unbearable headache. The main lasts for hours, maybe a day, but the aftermaths (weakness and pain at back of my eyes at jerky or quick movements) remaining for 3-4 days
