Help Possible anchor point?

I've been looking for suggestions on possible anchor points and location and I've started searching for suitable Airbnbs. I'm also looking for an outside location as another option.

I've stumbled upon this one and I'm not sure what this is. It looks like it's fixed to the wall by screws. I'm not sure what its purpose is. Maybe it's for aesthetics, I don't know.
I weigh 56 kg so I'm rather slim.
I'm posting because maybe someone knows what this is and just for opinions.

Looks like it's only for decoration. It doesn't structurally support the wall or anything.

It's the same shape as the headboard of the bed in the background, so it's probably made of metal. If it's attached securely to the wall, it could be strong enough, but I don't think it's possible to tell from the pictures. The only way to know would be to go there and test it.
