Poor man's solution to exit bag

What is a poor man solution to the exit bag,to block the air during hanging? Cheap and easy solution...
I think to put something on my head while I hang myself so I can't breath and make sure I don't survive it. What can I put?

(Urgent help needed, very desperate, my suffering is non stopping and very harsh..)

The point in exit bags is that you painless suffocation comparitevly speaking.

Hanging is a slow process unless you get a neck snap, the bag isn't going to add much to the rope as the rope is supposed to close up the breathing.

I figure your point and you have right, but just in case I survive and continue breathing somehow afterwards, I would like to make sure that I stop breathing by closing my airways somehow. I can't risk to stay alive being a plant.
