Method I will do it soon: Check-List Nitrogen Gas Tank Exit Bag ?

Hey I'd like to do a check list for myself and hope u can help me make sure I have everything. ( might update )

•Nitrogen Tank 99,999% / 20L
-> that's more than enough I am sure

• 45cm width x 55cm length plastic cooking bag for cooking chicken/turkey in the oven
-> these types of bags are very durable and air tight, I think that's good ?

•tube 2m + Manometer (gas pressure regulator valve )
-> the tube is 2 years old but NOT used at all, the pressure regulator is good, I am thinking about buying a "flow regulator" but honestly I think it's possible without. I have the feeling many people who succeed manage without a flowmeter

• wear a cap when CTB to flatten my hair because "my hair has air" (I have curly hair type)

•sit up straight on armchair, stable sitting position, tank next to me, tube hose preferably from behind my neck up the bag
-> need to think more about stabilizing during process - afraid of twitching / loss of bag / …

•emptying out the air in the bag and filling with N2 (holding it above my head and pulling down after fully filled)
-> make sure to exhale as deeply as possible !

• I'll connect a string or something to the exit bag so I can close the opening when pulling the bag down my head ("2 fingers opening" )
-> I guess be fast, I need to make sure my technique of pulling down does not let any air in during "pulling down the N2 filled bag"

•I have lorazepam (benzo, calms down) 2mg
-> not sure if needed, I feel the exit bag method must be done quickly without "coming to my senses", CTB in my case will be very impulsive I think. No time to drop a pill and "do it" I should be unconscious before the pill starts to work in the slightest ( ~5min onset of pill )

• Suicide Letter
-> that's entirely up to me, thinking about it

• leave a letter and tell my parents not to take inheritance because of student credit

• sit on a big napkin or wear pampers
-> I'm gonna shit/piss myself according to many reports, need to think about that to not make a big mess

•canceling online subscriptions / bank ?
-> I want to make sure my family don't have to think about doing that, need something automatic I guess

That isn't nearly enough. Do you mean 20cf? That would probably work.

What's usually recommended here is 40 cubic feet, which is over 1,100 liters.

You'll set the regulator for 15 liters/minute.

Exit bags seems very complicated to me but I know people who succeeded with them. Something I wonder is, this is supposed to be calm breathing and then make you unconsious before you realize whats going on right? So in theory could u hide a knife or scissors somewhere in your room while doing it so you can break open the bag if it doesnt work and you feel normal suffocation? Or would that ruin the attempt?

People typically use an elastic drawstring. You can just pull the bag back off at any time.

Ideally normal breathing knocks you out fast, yes.

Oh okay so there is no risk of failing and panicking? However I assume some risk involves in failed attempts where instead of dying you end up with severe brain damage and possible coma?

A lot of people get second thoughts and abort.

There is a risk of the failure you describe. Some people strap themselves to their chairs to avoid falling over and having the bag slip off late in the game.

I think it's enough. It's 20L of N at 200bar inside the tank.
If u do the math at 1 bar (atmosphere) it's 4000L total which is plenty, no ?

yeah I have been thinking about every other method you'll find here.
Nitrogen Exit Bag the best because it's literally like anesthesia before an Operation - you just breathe until you pass out and that's it.
