It's really horrible what is happening to those who have SN, I see it as being extreme cruelty to deny people reliable suicide method options and expect them to just be trapped here against their wishes. Really? Well they didn't call it SN but rather suicide kit. I didn't know. I kept telling them it's for curing meat. They gave me the option to take me in or stay with me until a doctor comes. But in the end it all went out smoothly. They didn't take it but I had to give it to someone else. Next time I have sn I'll keep it in mind. But are you 100% sure it is in Austria as well?

I nearly ordered from IC to Europe as well.

What they're doing is so wrong, we shouldn't be planning our suicides to begin with - it should be part of healthcare, yet they block the last peaceful options and send cops to our homes.

Possession of SN is legal In Europe. It will not be taken away from you if you are of legal age and can assure that you are not currently at high risk for suicide. You will not face any legal consequences. They are just coming to make sure you are okay because you bought a suicide kit. It's safe to assume that they're fully aware imo.
