PMDD depression

Hello im on birth control right now and my depression is at all time high after what everything that happened this past few months. I feel stuck and I dont know what to do and I'm debating if I should stop taking birth control or perhaps change it? Granted im only taking the birth control for two months and the symptoms doesn't get better til 3 months so I don't know what to do.

It kind of depends on what your personal goals are. If you are planning not to have sex before marriage and are looking for a marriage that will last a lifetime as well as having whatever kids come along, there is little reason to keep taking the pill.

If you want to be ready for any sexual opportunities that may come along, you may want to stay on the pill.

You may also want to do some Internet research to see if the symptoms you experience are just temporary, may be reduced with some sort of supplement, or if there is an alternative you can switch to.
