Providing harmful information was with regards to salt in the rectum, saying "anal tissue and mouth tissue are the same", and that SN chocolate is viable and doesn't 'burden' the stomach because palm oil contains medium chained fatty acids.
In your explanation about CTZ you missed the solitary nucleus which receives input from chemically and mechanically sensitive neurons from the stomach. The CTZ doesn't "sense abnormalities" out of the blue but from GI. While vomiting is mediated in the brain, the poison is indeed recognized in the stomach first. The entire process is an instinct, controlled by the brain, but initiated by the stomach (as well as performed by it).
Yet you wrote "nothing to do with an instinctive reaction by the stomach" .
If you say vomiting has nothing to do with stomach reaction and claim to be a doctor -- one should not trust your 'medical advice'.
