There is the risk that you vomit and or agonal breathe, which both cause noise, and if you are constantly under monitor, these will definitely rouse suspicion. It takes at bare minimum 40 minutes to die after you ingest SN, but you need to give yourself several hours after drinking it to make sure that you cannot be revived. If you cannot guarantee someone will not find you within a few hours, this should not be attempted.

If you can't take it anymore then you'd have to gamble I guess, which is not worth it, and you could just wait until you have the time by yourself that id seen you mention

Sn at night is a horrible idea as vomiting and the breathing can and will be heard and you will be found

I'm note sure it's that noisy, but I believe it depend the person too. But otherwise you can try silent methods like hanging or tourniquet suffocation.

Those also aren't 100% silent due to the thrashing around, and I don't recommend methods like night night, ligature, etc, they're kinda bullshit and not as reliable as just fsh

I'm impatient, I'm suffering too much
While many people here can relate rushing a method or making an attempt when the conditions are not ideal, often leads to failure. It is better to plan well, take your time, and do it once, successfully.

But which Methods Work the fastest?
In my opinion, hanging if done right. Can be done within 15 mins and by then you will have severe brain injury even if caught and treated so your 'soul' is not there anymore to suffer.
Many people (including myself) do hanging sometimes for non suicidal 'fun', and sometimes I scare myself too because I think you can die very fast from it if done right. The trick is to only compress the blood going to your head, and not the blood going away from your head. Otherwise, it won't feel pleasant

Could you describe the problems you had? Maybe I can help. But it is true that some people have different anatomy of the neck, which means their arteries and veins are of unique formations. And because of this, it may be difficult to perform hanging.

I show some anatomy variations below

Potresti descrivere i problemi che hai riscontrato? Forse posso aiutarti. È vero che alcune persone hanno un'anatomia del collo diversa, il che significa che le loro arterie e vene hanno una conformazione particolare. E per questo motivo, può essere difficile eseguire l'impiccagione.

Di seguito mostro alcune varianti anatomiche

Did you lean into the rope? Make a motion sort of similar to a bird stretching out his neck. Had you felt a feeling in your head, such as bursting, or did you feel choking sensation?
Location on your neck also, it should be slightly atop bump on your neck, although it may be different for each person. The correct location will feel quite pleasant such that you don't want to stop

I also need some help with partial.. i did get dizzy once. I had followed one of the threads on sasu. I tried it continuously for 7 days. I used to sit in that position for 30-40 minutes at stretch in every session. I didn't feel anything

I used a rope and a pair of socks to pad on each side of adam's apple

Non ho sentito niente Or I felt like I was suffocating and stopped

Hmm maybe the problem is with sitting. I think you need to lean your whole body weight into it. Can you tie it somewhere high enough that you need to tip toe to enter the loop, and then put your head in and let yourself relax against the loop?
If you have the thing called a medical trapeze, you can tie rope to that and lie down flat pulling head against it

This thing below

I don't have this structure but i had my anchor point at the top of the door. And i did lean by body weight into the rope such that it would pressurise my throat.
Also, i find it difficult to locate my carotids. Only once i could find the prominently pulsating points. Could it be that my carotids are located deeper inside which is why it's not working or can i still make it work

Maybe you could try troubleshoot by trying different ropes, different width and thickness.
But yes unfortunately anatomy might be a problem. Your brain is also given blood by arteries at the back of the head called vertebral arteries. You can Google this thing called circle of Willis. If yours is full circled, it is possible that blocking your carotid is not enough to cut blood flow to your brain. Because your brain is still getting blood from your vertebral arteries.

I have heard of case where people don't have carotid at all. This is called Carotid Agenesis. Unfortunate but maybe that is you, since you say you do not feel dizzy at all. Suffocating feeling is because you crush your windpipe. Carotid will not feel suffocating, just dizzy

Ohhhhh... Possibly... Yes that could be one of the reasons it didn't work.. i tried to experiment with fsh also, and i felt like I'll strangulate instead of losing consciousness
I'll check more about circle of willis
Thanks for your inputs 🫂❤️

No worries I wish you all the best <3
Hopefully it was just an issue with the positioning and you will succeed someday!
