I'd like to ctb tonight. What can I get my hands on to make that happen. Anything otc or any other ways to make it happen I can't do this anymore

Unfortunately no effective OTC meds. Just seizures, kidney and liver damage is all they're good for. People in the heat of the moment, like prisoners for example, choose to cut off blood flow to the brain with something as simple as a bed sheet, shoe lace or hand towel.

Not saying to resort to any of these methods. Just answering your question.

Anything over the counter isn't recommended for suicide unfortunately, if people could easily ctb in such a way then the medication would be restricted as this society is very anti-suicide. Sadly suicide just isn't that straightforward but anyway I hope that you find the freedom you search for.

If you have to CTB on the fly, I suppose Shallow Water Blackout, partial or full hanging, or jumping is what you're looking for. If you can delay it, I'd recommend looking into SN or N.

Hanging is the easiest by far, anything can be used as a hanging device for partial hanging or full

Don't do anything in a hurry. If you fail, you could survive with permanent damage and your life could be more miserable than it is now. As a new member, you cannot yet use the search function to look for appropriate methods. Often used methods are SN (sodium nitrite), CO (carbon monoxid = BBQ), inert gas (helium or nitrogen), tourniquet. But you will not be able to get things for these methods today.

More than likely fail. You'd want antiemetics at very least. It helps prevent vomitting. Trust me, if ctb is that easy most people wouldn't be on this forum still

what's your circumstance? why right now? if its something temporary for tonight is there anything we can do to help you with the situation? ideally ctb shouldn't be a spur of the moment decision my love and i want the best for you.

this is likely to be the most painful thing you've ever experienced

This is a bad idea, trust me on this.
Taking an overdose of things like paracetamol etc, will just lead to a lot of intense physical pain and organ damage.
There are much better methods than this. The charcoal method for example is a much better solution than OTC overdose.
