How would you even get meto or something similar? I've tried the dw and wouldn't even know how to get from a dr if even possible. You could pm the response if you don't want it on the post..

So sorry for all that you've been going through nosoul.I hope i'm not late.If you're still with us then this is my advice.
AE are considered important in successful ctb with SN because of the fact that the main issue with SN is vomiting,but also that doesn't mean you won't vomit .Some members have reported vomiting with or without AE and some have reported not vomiting with or without AE.I don't know why but id say it depends on individuals.
I would suggest you do it when you're prepared and calm.This is just my opinion,whatever your decision is,i wish you peace and no more suffering. Hugs

It's good that you're still with us, I always remember something that I've been told many times here, doing it impulsively is a recipe for failure. Please plan everything well and only do it when you are ready, you should not feel pressured by anything. Hide your SN well and try to stay calm please I know it's hard but try

In USA you can buy them for motion sickness like seasick. Also anything like ranitidine will help

What I'm avoiding at all costs is medical treatment, they won't take my brain issue seriously, and then being in mental institution is the worst thing ever, I don't want this pilled up life, everything has gone backwards since I can't sleep and eat, and an emotional zombie, maybe a little early but my life is too fucked to fix not being able to sleep and my brain deteriorating:(
