We now know the later batches of DMC's stuff is legit, he said he bought it recently right? I wonder how useful Meto actually is? The SN would be so strong that it would have little to no effect or maybe it's because he didn't take it throughout the day or even the day before?

I think I'll need benzos for this but would I need the paracetamol?

it is interesting how he only needed one cup even though he puked a few times after that. It makes me wonder what the quantifiable probability of dying after one cup is. I would be too paranoid to not take another cup after puking but I understand it wasn't possible for him, but it does bring hope like another poster said.

Remarkable intelligent person oh man! We very much so valued our friendship and I just glad I had the opprotunity to get to know them so welll while I could. Absolutely miss my buddy so much but it was meant to be. We brought each other lots of comofrt and I am glad I got the chance to do this for them as a thank you of sorts for all their support right back at me.

A couple questions if I may and please do not feel you need to answer. I completely understand if this is meant to be private, etc.

Do we know where Plato chose to exit? I.e. at home, a hotel. Were there others around? Just to get an idea of how quiet this may be since being found could interrupt the process.

When it says intense breathing in the timeline would you clarify what is meant? Did it seem painful or uncomfortable or just deep and critical.

I theorize these deeper breaths are the agonal breathing, which my understanding is people are not conscious for. So they can sound distressing to the witness but may not be experienced as distressing to the individual.

I can't speak for Plato or for Joe - they wouldn't like that…
I can't leave this unanswered - they defs WOULD NOT have liked that.
SN is in the PPH - the first P stands for peaceful, so there's that. Exit haven't rescinded their position, so I'm not gonna question them.
The reason both Plato & Joe recorded catching their buses was to help their fellow SaSu friends (& friends they were yet to meet, travellers that arrived after their departure). They wanted to fight misinformation with information. Real experience. Life experience. Death experience.
Neither suffered any real distress. The majority of the noice can simply be attributed to the same death rattle that accompanies any death.
But Plato & Joe's legacy shouldn't be tainted with fear - they were beautiful people who gave this community so much more than they ever took.
So I'm sorry if SN may not be for you - I wish you well with whichever bus you choose. Or your recovery, if you're so lucky.
And to Plato & to Joe (& anyone that helps record these events), we still remember your gift & thank you for it.

Thank you for the apology but it's completely ok. I was guilty of the same thing at the start - I was so, so, so desperate & didn't realise what GBT's were & I feel awful that I most likely upset someone hurting, too. We all make mistakes, it's the good people that apologise or don't do it again. Well done you! I just didn't want to see 2 lost friends having their legacies tainted in any way - derailing or fear mongering or sourcing or any other things. Yes, I am very sorry. I'm just in a desperate situation life wise and there is no solution to my suffering. Believe me I'd tried so hard to stay here.

I've always hated nausea and vomiting. I have an antiemetic but I'm still meh and scared about this part.

Am I correct? You only drink the second cup if you vomit?

We had brief interactions and I've seen him around this forum a lot. He seemed like a genuinely nice, helpful person and this feels surreal and sad to me even though we never had an actual conversation. Rest In Peace…

The lethal dose of SN in some cases was only 1 g. If you fasted (due to the speed of resorption of SN) it is almost impossible not to come out with 1 cup (25 g) of SN as much as you vomited afterwards.

It is more unpleasant than painful, in some threads the pain of the symptoms after drinking SN on a pain scale of 1 - 10 was rated as 3, max. 4. I think that the long time until losing consciousness (usually around 15-20 min of drinking SN) or SI which can be extremely strong in that period, and the only solution is a benzo.
